1. Who We Are

This policy covers apexwebsolution.net (this site) and the contact form on it, run by Apex Web Solution ("we," "us"). It explains what information we collect from visitors and clients, and what we do with it. For how we handle a signed project, see our Terms & Conditions.

2. What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, and the only place on this site that collects anything is the Contact form:

• 2.1Your name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
• 2.2The project type, plan, and budget range you select
• 2.3Whatever project details you write in the message field

3. How We Use It

We use what you submit to:

• 3.1Read your inquiry and follow up with you about your project
• 3.2Send you a confirmation email with a copy of what you submitted
• 3.3Keep a record of the inquiry so we have context if we end up working together

We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

4. Where It's Stored

Submissions are stored in our Firebase (Firestore) database and sent as email through Resend, our email delivery provider. This site itself runs on Vercel. All three are established providers that process the data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy practices, we don't run our own servers for this.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. We're not watching how you browse it. If that ever changes, for example if we add analytics to understand traffic, we'll update this page first.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep contact form submissions as long as reasonably useful, generally to follow up on the inquiry and, if you become a client, as part of our project records. You can ask us to delete a submission at any time, see Your Rights below.

7. Your Rights

Want to know what we have on file, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Email contact.apexwebsolution@gmail.com and we'll take care of it. The only exception is anything we're required to keep for an active or completed project's records.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is meant for businesses and adults looking to hire us. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and the contact form isn't intended for anyone under 16.

9. Security

We rely on the built-in security of our hosting, database, and email providers to protect what's submitted. No method of storage or transmission online is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't take it lightly either.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this page as the site or our tools change. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. Continuing to use the site after an update means you're OK with the new version.

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, the same as our Terms & Conditions.
